Service Description

I offer private prenatal classes in the comfort of your own home. Each class is designed to suit your specific needs and accommodate each phase of your pregnancy. Prenatal yoga will help you keep energy levels up and stress down. Before you begin a prenatal yoga program, make sure you have approval from your Dr. You might not be able to do prenatal yoga if you are at increased risk of preterm labor or have certain medical conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, your appointment time is reserved just for you and if you should need to cancel your scheduled appointment, I require that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. I will work with you to try and reschedule your appointment within 2 days of the original time booked to avoid cancellation but I can not guarantee availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled session.
