“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”

Your Grace Guides
Kristen Ambrosi, RYT-500
Guiding movement and stillness, meditation and dialogue, mantra and silence, Kristen brings enthusiasm and knowledge to her group classes, private sessions, and workshops. Her mindful sequencing gracefully blends attention with intention, providing a welcoming, safe practice for all. An instructor of Vinyasa, Fundamentals, Restorative, and Yin, Kristen skillfully teaches to cultivate deeper understanding of the integration of mind, body and spirit. Dedicated to sharing this experience of yoga as union, Kristen aims to weave together a peaceful heart and quiet mind with the balanced energy of an aligned body, trusting that a harmonious practice on the mat has the potential to translate into healing and wholeness off the mat.
Also an intuitive artist, Kristen further explores the yogic themes of balance and integration though abstract expressionism, with paintings in collections throughout the US and Europe. A devotional singer leading kirtans at yoga studios, retreats, and festivals, Kristen is developing a heart-project album of original music.

Krishna David Venkatesh
Krishna began his yoga journey in 2008 after unbearable pain from a back injury led him to an Iyengar Yoga Restorative class. After several months of learning to move mindfully and
therapeutically under careful supervision, his love affair with yoga began.
Always seeking, he continued with the Iyengar practice, while also exploring Ashtanga and several other approaches. His search led him to Charlotte Chandler Stone, CYT, E-RYT 500, the founder and director of the Stone Center for Yoga and Health in Teaneck, NJ. There he immersed himself in the study of Stone Yoga, a therapeutic and highly adaptive yoga style accredited by the National Yoga Alliance, that helped him heal his back and see yoga and life in a new light. Krishna successfully completed a 200-hour Teacher Training and is a Yoga Alliance registered instructor.
With a focus on precise yet adaptive alignment, pranayama, and above all, safety, Krishna is passionate about sharing what he learned, though he believes his students ‘teach him’ much more than the reverse.
Kimma Stark, ERYT-500
In a world where everyone seems to be a Yoga teacher now, Kimma is unique because this is her only profession and not a side job or a hobby. She has been "all in" since she took the leap of faith back in 2008 and her career as a professional teacher has been an adventure ever since. She started teaching in New Jersey, then off to Chiang Mai Thaniland, and now calls Cascais Portugal home.
Before becoming a teacher her personal practice started back in 2000 with Hot Yoga and then moved on to more traditional formats when she discovered that there was more to Yoga than just sweat.
Kimma continues to study with top teachers from all over the world whenever and however she can. "I love sharing the new information I have processed and made part of my practice. I'm proud to be part of the new wave of body-positive, mature teachers who approach Yoga from a more informed, gentle, and supportive point of view."
Her teaching is in English for all levels of students with a focus on functional movement and mobility vs. circus or contortion work. "We are here to maintain our health not to look like pretzels. I offer customized classes for the students in front of me, not a processed & packaged set of poses."Each class is structured to be difficult but doable and definitely fun.
